As a necessary part of fulfillment of these requests you may be asked for, if appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, make, model and year of your vehicle, phone number(s). When providing accurate quotes for vehicles with multiple windshield variations dependent upon features imbedded within the windshield, like cameras, lane monitors and rain sensors, we may ask the User to also provide their License Tag number or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so that their quote is accurate and does include the existing features. Once your License Tag is used to discern the proper features for the accuracy of the quote, that information will not be retained. Users may, however, visit our Site(s) anonymously. We will collect Personal Identification Information or PII only from users that voluntarily submit this information to us. Any user can always refuse to supply Personal Identification Information but, that may prevent us from providing the service or information you have requested.

Children under the age of 13
Impact Auto Glass’s site(s) are not designed or directed to children under the age of 13.
